Botton Village Raw Organic Dale End Cheddar
This decadent firm cheddar cheese has been hand crafted and made using raw cow's milk from Botton's Organic dairy herd.
As raw milk cheese, the milk's naturally occurring bacteria help to produce a cheese that is distinctive to Botton, the cows and their surroundings.
Following production, the cheeses are stored on wooden boards in the Botton Creamery cheese store, where they are washed and turned for at least 12 months, helping them to develop their full and tangy flavour. Like all of Botton Village's cheeses, Dale End Cheddar is made with vegetarian rennet and is certified as biodynamic organic.
