Christmas FAQ's

When will Christmas orders be delivered?

Christmas orders will be delivered between the 17th-20th December. If you would like a specific day for delivery, please contact us after placing your order and we will do our best to meet your needs. You can also collect your order from our farm shop up until Christmas eve, to do this please contact us after your order has been placed with you preferred collection date. 

Will everything stay fresh until Christmas day?

Due to how Christmas falls this year, we have taken the decision to dispatch orders earlier than we would have ideally liked to in order to ensure you order arrives with you on time. This means that some items may have a use-by date before 25th December, in which case they will need to be frozen upon receipt.

Is everything organic?

Some items in our Christmas range are not organic and are listed as such, and are instead free-range. We work closely with these farms, and trust that their ethos aligns with ours.

Can I split my order to receive some things earlier? 

No, please place Christmas orders separately from orders which you would like to receive now. If you mark 'yes' to the Christmas order checkbox when placing your order, the entire order will not be dispatched until Christmas.

Can I amend or cancel my Christmas order?

Christmas orders can be amended or cancelled until the 9th December. We are unable to process amendments or cancellations after this date.

Is there anything I can't pre-order for Christmas?

Unless specified otherwise on a product, everything can be pre-ordered for Christmas provided it is in stock apart from our Organic Raw Milk, as we cannot predict what stock levels we will have by then. If an item is specifically listed on our Christmas page, this is because this is a product we need to ensure our stock is exact for. Please ensure when placing your order, you tick the 'yes' box when prompted at checkout if your order is a Christmas pre-order. 

Can I order things that are not listed online or out of stock?

No, we can only take orders of products that are listed on our website in the sizes they are listed. If an item is sold out, we cannot take orders until the item is back in stock.

What is the cut of off for Christmas delivery?

We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas on orders placed after 10th December. We may still have limited Christmas stock after this point, in which case will still be listed for Christmas delivery on our website.
