Country Club Steak
The Country Club Steak is taken from the middle of the sirloin and is cut on the bone. Cut to the natural thickness of the bone the steak weighs in at a generous 450g. This naturally marbled cut is a real treat whether grilled, fried or on the Bar-b-Que. Grass fed on the Pennine Lancashire uplands the resulting meat is well marbled and generally higher in omega 3 fatty acids than its grain fed counterpart.
