Our organic rare breed short horn dairy cattle graze heritage wild flower meadows in the summer and eat hay from the same pastures in the winter months, the resulting organic raw milk is nutrient dense and contains friendly bacteria for a healthy gut.
Milk yield in the winter months is unpredictable, colder stints can cause production to suddenly drop. We have 40 cows and we do not force them to milk as many industrial farms. We respect the well-being of our cows. We hope to replenish our supply shortly.
