Gazegill’s Forager Seasonal Sausages are made with our organic rare breed pork and have seasonal foraged flavourings. The list is below but please check which flavour is in stock especially as the season changes, four great flavours:
Spring - Wild baby leaf garlic (Apr-June)
Summer - Nettle and Nasturtium (June-Sep)
Autumn - Dried berries (Oct-Dec)
Winter - Rosehip and Winter Cress (Dec-Mar)
Please note, our thick sausages are now available in packs of fours, eights or 12's. Our standard sausages are however available in packs of sixes, eights and twelve's.
Our wonderful handmade organic sausages are made from prime cuts of our organic pork. Reared directly at Gazegill Organic Farm. Where we pride ourselves on our traditional farming methods after having been handed 500 years of carefully farmed land. Our intentions are to hand it on to our children with all of its wild flower meadows in as good an order as it came to us. In a phrase we will simply put more in than we take out.
