Our Organic Beef is from Grass Fed, Heritage Breeds that grow slowly and are reared in harmony with nature. This makes for delicious Organic Beef Steak Mince with real depth of flavour, that tastes like it used to (many of our customer reviews say that this is the best mince they’ve ever tasted!)
Our Organic Beef Steak Mince is made to order by our butchers on the same day of dispatch, meaning you receive the freshest possible quality product. We freshly mince our steak with a ratio of either 5% or 20% fat.
Our 5% fat mince beef is approximately 95% lean organic steak meat and organic beef fat approximately 5%.
Our 20% fat mince beef is approximately 80-82% lean organic steak meat and organic beef fat approximately 20-22%.
Combining the two elements to create an exceptional Organic Beef Steak Mince. It’s the perfect foundation for a delicious meal and is also an abundant source of Omega-3, so it’s healthy too!
