Organic oxtail, cooks beautifully over a long period of time and when it is ready, the delicate meat falls away from the bone. It is a favourite amongst nutritionists because not only is it delicious it has naturally high levels of gelatin which aids the rejuvenation of cells. This is highly sort after because it is derived from collagen, known for its anti-ageing properties.
