So I found these organic bones, - ordered them Wednesday, delivered Thursday, and I made stock in TWO massive pots of bones with organic carrots, celery, garlic, onions, parsley, vinegar etc topped with Harrogate Spring water, and simmered for about 24 hours.
I strained it and got enough meat from those bones to feed my dog along with her dry food for a week.
Made carrot and celery soup - 6 portions - in freezer now.
Simmered to reduce the remaining massive pot of broth, which is now frozen in portions.
Also I have a good pot of soft beef dripping in which I shall roast potatoes..
