Our Nitrate Free Gammon joint traditionally dry cured using an old curing recipe. At Gazegill Organic Farm from our herd of rare breed organic Oxford Sandy and Black pigs are slow grown for a more traditional pork flavour, this gammon joint is cured using our own organic recipe and bursting with flavour. This organic gammon joint is best simmered slowly before being roasted to your own recipe, or simply eat as a succulent boiled ham.
