Organic Saddle of Lamb
The Lamb Saddle is a traditional British favourite, our sweet and tender lamb meat is taken from both sides of the loin of lamb as a saddle, what a prize cut! Rolled and boned for an easy carve special, a fat covering providing flavour and moisture when cooking, our succulent lamb is stuffed with apricot and ginger for a real melt in the mouth meal. This is our rare breed lamb at its best, with the sweet taste coming from the quality of the wild flower pastures where our flocks mature on diets also including herbs, clovers and plants.
For the best finish, roast long and slow then the succulent and sweet meat can tenderise gradually.
