Organic Sausages - Beef Offal & Pork Meat Sausages (Gluten-Free)
An nutrient rich mixture helps to introduce offal into a meal. The unique combination has been requested by several customers and we have listened! Offal is a natural source of Iron and Vitamin B.
Organic sausages, consisting of organic offal (10% Ox Heart and 10% Ox Liver) and rare-breed organic pork sausage meat (80%).
Our handmade organic sausages are made from prime cuts of our organic pork reared at Gazegill Organic Farm. The casings are also natural, filled with approximately 98% organic rare breed pork and approximately 2% organic seasoning. So altogether these are meatier and more satisfying than most bangers out there.
Our organic sausages contain no preservatives, colouring or additives, so please eat within 5 days or freeze on day of arrival.
Most sausages contain E-numbers, sulphites, emulsifiers, preservatives to extend their shelf life, but this goes against our ethos of natural, clean, healthy 100% grass-fed organic meat so our sausages, burgers and meatballs are preservative free.
