Organic sausages, consisting of organic offal (10% Ox Heart and 10% Ox Liver) and rare-breed organic pork sausage meat (80%).
Our handmade organic sausages are made from prime cuts of our organic pork reared at Gazegill Organic Farm. The casings are also natural, filled with organic rare breed pork and organic seasoning. So altogether these are meatier and more satisfying than most bangers out there.
Our organic sausages contain no preservatives, colouring or additives, so please eat within 5 days or freeze on day of arrival.
Most sausages contain E-numbers, sulphites, emulsifiers, preservatives to extend their shelf life, but this goes against our ethos of natural, clean, healthy 100% grass-fed organic meat so our sausages, burgers and meatballs are preservative free.

Please note: If you wish to freeze our sausages, we recommend removing them from the packaging and placing them in a freezer bag to prevent the sausages from sticking to the packaging. After using various types of sausage packaging over the years, we have found our current packaging has the best balance of being eco-friendly, as well as keeping the sausages safe in transit.
