These ribs are perfect marinated, or grilled on the barbecue. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIan, one of the farmers and owners here at Gazegill fancies himself as a bit of a pro in the kitchen... here is his recipe for Sticky Belly Pork Ribs.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eIngredients:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Plum or damson jam\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Bunch of Spring Onions\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Sesame Seeds\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Fresh Red\/Green Chilli\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Dark Soy Sauce\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Rice Wine Vinegar (not essential, can use white wine instead)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Olive Oil\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Chicken Stock\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e1 - Put some olive oil in a heavy pan on medium heat and add belly slices to pan, place lid on.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e2 - Turn when browned ensuring any moisture is allowed to escape. As a guide, these need about 15 mins each side.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e3 - Meanwhile, mix some Jam with 4-5 tbsp Soy Sauce, a glug of rice wine vinegar (or white wine), 50ml Chicken Stock, and mix to a runny, but sticky consistency.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e4 - When Ribs are cooked, add sauce to Ribs in the pan and sprinkle over Sesame seeds.
