Gazegill’s Local Wild Venison is low in fat and an extremely good source of protein with double the amount of iron content. It is also easily digested, full of essential omega 3 fatty acids, and rich in vitamins B6 and B12.
Our sausages contain no preservatives, colouring or additives, so please eat within 5 days or freeze on day of arrival.
Most sausages contain E-numbers, sulphites, emulsifiers, preservatives to extend their shelf life, but this goes against our ethos of natural, clean, healthy 100% grass-fed organic meat so our sausages, burgers and meatballs are preservative free.
Please note: If you wish to freeze our sausages, we recommend removing them from the packaging and placing them in a freezer bag to prevent the sausages from sticking to the packaging. After using various types of sausage packaging over the years, we have found our current packaging has the best balance of being eco-friendly, as well as keeping the sausages safe in transit.
