Shipping

1.17 Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after your order has been placed.

1.18 All orders to UK mainland postcodes are sent on an overnight delivery service, but owing to the nature of using a third party courier, deliveries can take up to two working days to arrive once they have been dispatched. We are not liable to issue refunds for any orders that have been delivered within 48 hours of leaving us, the sender, to you, the recipient. If the courier attempts to deliver and nobody is available to take receipt of the delivery within 48 hours of an order leaving us, we are not liable to replace or refund that order.

1.19 If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or postcode is entered this is the fault of the customer, and we are not liable to replace or refund the order. If the error is identified before delivery, we may attempt to reroute the order for a surcharge paid by the customer. However, we cannot guarantee that the order will arrive within the 48 hour freshness period for transit. In this case, the order remains non-refundable and non-replaceable, as the initial error is the responsibility of the customer.

1.20 Orders may be left in a safe place if no one is home at the time of delivery. Responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer once delivery is made to a safe place. Our packaging keeps items fresh for up to 48 hours in transit (e.g. in courier vans or depots), but this does not apply once the parcel has been delivered, as parcels are then in an uncontrolled environment. We do not offer refunds or replacements for goods that spoil due to delayed collection or improper storage after delivery. You must inspect your order upon receipt, if you believe goods are missing, damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email with supporting photographs, please retain the goods and packaging until we confirm next steps. All meat and milk products immediately in accordance with UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) guidance, which requires that chilled food is kept in a refrigerator at 0–5°C and not consumed beyond its use-by date.
