Organic Bavette Steaks
Bavette can be known as flank from organic, grass-fed cattle. This is a thin cut taken from the lower part of the belly. Perfect for cooking quickly in a pan for a deep, rich flavour. Some have even touted this steak as the 'butcher's cut', because it is so good that they save it for themselves. Fortunately for you, we haven't caught our butchers doing this!
