Shipping
1.17 Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after your order has been placed.
1.18 All orders to UK mainland postcodes are sent on an overnight delivery service, but owing to the nature of using a third party courier, deliveries can take up to two working days to arrive once they have been dispatched. We are not liable to issue refunds for any orders that have been delivered within 48 hours of leaving us, the sender, to you, the recipient. If the courier attempts to deliver and nobody is available to take receipt of the delivery within 48 hours of an order leaving us, we are not liable to replace or refund that order.
1.19 If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or postcode is entered this is the fault of the customer, and we are not liable to replace or refund the order. If the error is identified before delivery, we may attempt to reroute the order for a surcharge paid by the customer. However, we cannot guarantee that the order will arrive within the 48 hour freshness period for transit. In this case, the order remains non-refundable and non-replaceable, as the initial error is the responsibility of the customer.
1.20 Orders may be left in a safe place if no one is home at the time of delivery. Responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer once delivery is made to a safe place. If you do not leave a safe place when placing an order, our courier will choose a safe place they deem fit. Our packaging keeps items fresh for up to 48 hours in transit (e.g. in courier vans or depots), but this does not apply once the parcel has been delivered, as parcels are then in an uncontrolled environment. We do not offer refunds or replacements for goods that spoil due to delayed collection or improper storage after delivery. You must inspect your order upon receipt, if you believe goods are missing, damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email with supporting photographs, please retain the goods and packaging until we confirm next steps.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.21 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
1.22 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends once your order has been packed for dispatch. Returns may be accepted on a case by case basis in which we will replace or refund defective products.
1.23 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order.
1.24 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
1.25 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.26 We reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our website.
1.27 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.

(d) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
(e) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly - such as a delivery of fresh flowers or meat, once they have been 'dispatched'. For clarity, perishable food items (including raw meat and milk) are exempt from the usual 14-day “change-of-mind” cooling-off rights once dispatched.
(f) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
(g) the supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance - for example, hotel bookings, courier services, car hire, restaurant bookings and theatre tickets for specific dates.
1.29 In addition you will lose your right to cancel or refund if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.
(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
(d) dispose of goods you are unhappy with without first providing photo or video evidence of your claims that can verify the issue.

(f) refuse a delivery, unless we have explicitly instructed you to do so. if you believe there is an issue with your order, we ask you accept the goods and inspect them.

1.31 Orders to Scottish Highlands postcodes sent on a 2-5 day transit (AB30-36, AB39, AB41-42, AB51-54, FK17-21, IV1-20, IV23-25, IV30-32, IV36, IV63, PA21-38, PA80, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50) are placed at your own risk, and we are not liable to replace or refund these orders. 1.33 Refunds or replacements will not be issued for issues arising from natural variations inherent to meat and dairy products, such as differences in internal fat content or other characteristics that can vary between individual animals and the produce deriving from them.
1.34 If goods arrive damaged, spoiled on delivery, or not as described, we will (at our discretion) provide a refund, replacement or credit note. In some situations we may require the goods are returned to us (at our own cost) to examine the issue further, not complying with doing so will void your right to a refund, replacement, or credit note. This does not apply where deterioration arises from delayed collection, incorrect storage after delivery, or delivery to a safe place at your request. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
1.35 If the designated delivery address is inaccessible to the courier, and delivery is prevented or delayed as a result, we will not be liable to provide a refund or replacement.
1.36 Substitutions: Where specific items are unavailable, we may substitute with a reasonably similar item of equal or greater value. If you are not satisfied with a substituted item, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or credit for that item.
1.37 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) extreme weather, courier network disruption, strikes, supply chain failure, government restrictions or public health emergencies. If delivery is prevented or delayed for more than 14 days, you may cancel and receive a refund for goods not delivered.
1.38 Age-Restricted Products (if applicable): If your order includes any age-restricted products, you must be over the legal purchase age and may be asked to provide proof of age on delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if satisfactory proof is not provided.
