Our sausages are proudly made by our resident butcher, Peter, who has 40 years of experience in the industry. He hand makes fresh batches of sausages daily using prime cut steak from our organic cattle herd. Our handmade organic sausages are made from prime cuts of our organic beef reared at Gazegill Organic Farm. They are delicious, freshly cooked, cut in half between two slices of warm buttered bread. We always keep a jar of organic English mustard close by too for a touch of spice.
Our organic sausages contain no preservatives, colouring or additives, so please eat within 5 days or freeze on day of arrival.
Most sausages contain E-numbers, sulphites, emulsifiers, preservatives to extend their shelf life, but this goes against our ethos of natural, clean, healthy 100% grass-fed organic meat so our sausages, burgers and meatballs are preservative free.
