Taken from the fat reserves of a cows inner carcass this dry organic fat is as pure and clean as it gets. Our butchers expertly render this fat on a low heat to produce beef dripping. The whole process takes 36 hours and the result is a 300g tub of buttery goodness that can elevate the humble potato into a meal fit for royalty.
