Caws Treifi have been making Organic Halloumi since the 1990s where it was sold exclusively at local Farmers Markets in Wales. In 2016 they collaborated with Shambala Festival who decided that they wanted to offer only organic dairy products, cementing it as a staple in our range. Since then it has become one of their best sellers, winning 3 starts at the Great Taste awards in 2021.
Great served grilled, fried or barbecued.
For every kilo of Halloumi sold, Caws Teifi donate 10p to the Welsh Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran.
