Teifi Seaweed is based on Teifi Natural cheese with locally harvested seaweed that is added during the cheese making process. We use laver seaweed which is a popular ingredient in Welsh cuisine, adding a mild saltiness to the cheese.
Seaweed contains iodine and essential minerals for a healthy body.
