Loving Foods kombucha is a sparkling fermented tea rich in beneficial live bacteria vitamins minerals and enzymes. Our kombucha is naturally cultured using green tea cane sugar and a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast or SCOBY. It is produced right here in the UK at our eco-friendly facility near the historic Bridgewater Canal in Manchester. All of the ingredients that we use in our drinks are 100% certified organic and all of the flavourings that we use are made from real ingredients we take no short cuts and don-t use any artificial flavourings colours extracts or preservatives. If you pick up a Blueberry & Lavender Kombucha you can be sure that we have pressed the juice out of real blueberries and infused the drink with actual lavender leaves. When you drink a Lemon & Ginger Kombucha just know that we have squeezed actual organic lemons on-site and added ginger that has been crushed and juiced with our own bare hands - maybe with a little help from our juicer! You-ll only ever find our drinks in recyclable glass bottles because kombucha is acidic so plastic or aluminium is a big no-no as they would react with the drink. We even use a paper label so it can be removed and recycled. And in terms of how we produce we ferment everything for a minimum of five weeks and each and every bottle is always raw & unpasteurised so contains all the goodness and benefits of a real proper living kombucha
