Our whole ducks come from Otter Valley Poultry with over 20 years' experience in ethically rearing poultry. The birds have access to ponds and grassy pasture, free to roam and forage on a completely natural diet, zero antibiotics, zero growth promoters.
Duck is one of the most rewarding birds to roast: rich, dark meat, crisp skin, and a flavour with real depth to it, a lovely alternative if turkey isn't your thing, or a smaller table doesn't need a big bird.
Each duck weighs 2.3-2.6kg, serving up to 4.
