Our organic Christmas turkeys are reared by Otter Valley Organic Farm, who bring decades of experience to raising the perfect festive bird.
With dawn-to-dusk access to fresh pasture, a fully organic diet and plenty of room to roam, these turkeys are given the time and space to develop proper flavour and texture, none of the artificial growth promoters or intensive rearing that goes into a mass-market bird.
The result is a traditional, richly flavoured turkey that's become the centrepiece of many a Gazegill Christmas table. Each bird is delivered oven-ready with giblets included, so there's no faffing about on the big day, just a properly reared, properly fed turkey ready to roast.
