Our rare breed organic pigs are raised and reared on our traditional farm in Lancashire, and are free to forage as they please. Every cut of pork - from tender chops to hearty pork belly slabs and gluten free sausages - all of which boast a rich, distinctive taste that we believe comes from our sustainable farming practices.
